Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following period.
Certain services such as domain names, SSL certificates, and third-party licenses are non-cancellable and non-refundable once registered or activated.

Add-ons or licenses activated via third-party providers
4. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 14 working days.
If payment was made via bank transfer or manual gateway, refund will be made to the originating account upon written confirmation.
5. Service Termination by Digital Kart Network
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of non-compliance with our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
